SMS Program Description

Thomas James Strategy operates a customer care and appointment SMS program. We send messages about the insurance coverage you requested, including responses to your questions, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and one-to-one follow-up about your inquiry. Messages are sent only to people who submitted a form on this website and checked the SMS consent checkbox.

How to Opt In

You opt in by entering your mobile number in a form on this website and checking the SMS consent checkbox. That checkbox is unchecked by default and is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to get a quote, to speak with us, or to buy any product or service.

How to Opt Out

Text STOP to any message at any time to opt out and stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also text QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
