Information We Collect

The information we collect includes the following. We collect information you give us directly. That includes your name, phone number, mobile number, email address, mailing address, and anything you type into a form on this site, such as what kind of coverage you are looking for. If you go on to apply for a policy, the carrier will collect additional information directly from you, including health and financial details, under that carrier's own privacy policy.

We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you viewed.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes. We use your information to contact you by phone, email, and text message about the insurance coverage you asked about, to compare options across the carriers we work with, to schedule and confirm appointments, and to answer your questions. We also keep a record of when and how you gave permission to be contacted, in order to document consent. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

SMS Text Messaging Opt-In

How you opt in. You opt in to text messages by entering your mobile phone number in a form on this website and checking the SMS consent checkbox. That checkbox is unchecked by default, is labeled Optional, and is separate from submitting the form. You can submit the form without opting in to text messages.

What we send. If you opt in, we send text messages about the insurance coverage you requested, including replies to your questions, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up about your inquiry.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third parties. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share information only where it is necessary to do what you asked us to do. That means the insurance carriers you choose to apply with, and the service providers that operate our systems, such as our customer relationship management platform, our email service, and our website host. Those providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Text messaging opt-in data is excluded from all sharing described in this section.
